Your 2023 name reversed
And the other way round...Imagine that you were born in 2023 with whatever your name is. Find where your first and middle name(s) rank (https://www.ssa.gov/oact/babynames/ -> Popular Names by Birth Year), and then, travel back in time to the year you were actually born. What would parents who would name you X in 2023, name you the year you were really born? For example, my names Emma ranked 2nd and Johanna 750th in 2023. In 1992 (when I was really born), names with same ranks were Jessica and Lauryn. Also, my masculine names with these ranks would be Noah Emery (in 2023) and Christopher Elvis (in 1992).What do you think of your reversed name?*
*
*I don't like Lauryn, but wouldn't mind Jessica Lauren (though it's quite a boring 1980's/1990's combo). Noah Emery is just fine, while I don't know if I find Christopher Elvis adorkable or simply silly.~*~*~*~kuin metsäorvokki laaksossa

My first name doesn't chart so I decided to use the 1,000th name since it's the rarest on the chart.I'd be Matthew Gwendolyn or Matt Lane in 1989. Destined to be a Matt either way I guess!

Fun idea! I got Easton Aric. Not a fan of either of those individually (due to negative personal associations), so i dislike the combo more. But i do like the idea of a surname for a fn and a unique spelling for a mn! My actual name is pretty bland in comparison, lol

Using my name(Katherine Marie), I would be Leilani Mavis. I actually love mine.’Now, if I was born Katherine Marie in 2023, and went back to 2011, I would be named Daniela Lilianna. I like both.If I was boy using the second one, I would Maddox Rene(yuck). If I was boy using the second one, I would be Charles Jaxen(a yes! And a yuck!)

My name would be Alyssa or Cairo in the US.In the country I was born I'd be Sophie or Mohammed.

I would be Lexi or Zander. They're not my favourite names in the world but it could've been worse. I do prefer Zander over Lexi, though.

Desirae Patricia
Kirk KeithI don't mind Desirae Patricia (Patricia is my grandma's name!) but, uh, Kirk Keith is really something!

My reversed 2023 name is Mia Erica.Meh. Mia is okay, but I don't like Erica and together it's pretty dull. The flow is also off with two schwas right next to each other. The masculine version is James Raul. I really like this one! Handsome but also cute. James is a classic and I enjoy Raul a lot.The masculine names that share the 2023 rankings of my names are Ezra Blake. I like this too. It gives similar vibes to James Raul, actually. A solid combo.

Apparently my middle name dropped off the top 1000 completely in 2018! That's an incredible drop, considering it was still at #218 in the year 2000.I'll use the last time it charted, at #969.In 1983, I would have been Kelly Dixie, or Timothy Tuan. Interesting! Sadly I think Kelly Dixie really suits me.PS I love Christopher Elvis SO much.

You could also download the beyond the top 1000 data and use that!

It's a bit more involved. You have to open it in a spreadsheet to get it to rank all the names. I did learn only 6 girls were born with the name Tawny last year and none named Tawnee.

I just open it in notepad. It tells you which line you're on in the bottom left corner. But opening them in spreadsheets is pretty easy too! I do that all the time when making Sporcle quizzes.

Katie Fredrick - wearable enough but kind of dull.

I'd be Danielle, which I find very plain and unattractive. But I'd still rather be a Danielle than a boy, because then I'd be a Jaden!

My first name is no longer in the Top 1000. Neither is the second most common variant. The last time my name was in the Top 1000, its rank was #902. Meanwhile, my middle name is now #124.So, going back to 1991, I'd have been... Graciela Leslie. That sounds like a real Hispanic girl going to school today, honestly (I live in a high Hispanic / Latino population area). The male equivalent would've been Dionte Gary. That's... okay, "Gary" in the middle made me laugh. It's the quintessential "Dad name" for me. I can't not see a middle-aged dad when I imagine Gary.
