Honestly don’t know why anyone would actually name their child this. Names with negative meanings are bad enough, but this one is literally a pun on the word “cruel”. It couldn’t be more obvious, and I really don’t think this was ever intended to be used as a name in real life.

Don’t do it. Choose an actual name with positive meaning and origin.

No one is actually naming their kid this. "I don't know why anyone would name their kid this..". They wouldn't.
Just because it's not suitable for a real person doesn't make the name itself bad.
